because the bank was bankrupt, the government should be responsible to return all the deposit off member

I Dont think this is wise. The government money actually come from our pocket, that is from taxes. If you ask the government to return what the century bank lost, then it mean we give our money to the century bank. It is not fair for the people. What the government should do, is to make a way so century bank can pay its client money or at least some of them. They also should take a law suit to the century bank.
The government is not responsiple for what a private company do. So they have no obligation to return the money of century bank client.

I Think all people that have connected to this case should be check troughtly. Century bank must responsible for the money of their client. They should sell their asset and stuff or maybe making a merger. It is scarry how one can loose so much money in some investment.
