Ptc sites in Tasks section??

I thought that ptc sites were not allowed anymore in tasks. I just saw one for neobux. I have never completed any tasks before so I'm not very familiar with how it works. I do want to try them out though but thought I'd ask about that first since I do remember seeing a message not too long ago about ptc sites.

I really don't bother with tasks anymore. There are too many scams out there with just anyone being able to offer tasks these days. There were two instances where I accepted a task and was rejected when CLEARLY I did the task. I had the confirmation email to prove it. But it didn't matter. So I'm kinda bitter and refuse to do tasks right now. lol
