smokers rights

Is it legal in PA. for a company to charge a monthly fee for people who smoke?The company I work for is now charging $30.00/month and the first of the year planning on raising it to $60.00.I feel this is discrimination against smokers.The factory is smoke free which means we have to go outside the building to smoke.

is this completely seperate from health insurance issued by your company? i would look into it. that doesn't seem kosher to me.
