I always like to eat slowly,I do not like to rush.
I am always the last one to finish.
I like to feel what i eat, no rush.
If i am to work i will eat a sanwich and a fruit, but i eat slow too.
You know is more healthy to eat slowly, masticate very good, is good don t take weights and for stomach too.
I may always sitting in front of the computer or watching television when I am eating, if i am home. is not good, but i safe time, and make 2 things in same time;
What about you?

it depends what food and in what instances. if i am at home i eat slow and savor every taste of it, specially if my wife cooks something i love to it or one of my favorites. but if i am outside that i have to just get a quick bite or i am in a hurry then i will eat fast. at work when they serve the food already, most of us eat fast for we need to talk about the next line up of songs that we will perform for the next set. i work as a bassist in a band.

Unfortunately, I eat too fast. I know this is a bad habit when I eat to fast, but it is a habit I am not able to quit so easily. I know it is bad for my health that I eat to fast. I would love to slow down chew my food better.

I tend to eat rather slowly. I like to enjoy a meal, as opposed to eating it really quickly, and not really being aware of what I am eating.

Hello again, Ice!
I'm a very slow eater, and unable to eat many things because of my jaw problems. It really annoys a few people, but that's just the way it has to be.

I like to eat slowly so that I can really enjoy my food. The way I see it is that someone has gone to all the trouble of cooking the food, i should take my time to enjoy it. My fella seems to inhale food as it's gone within mintes and when i ask him how it was, he'll say "yeah, it was fine". I tell him to take his time but he never does.

There is too much happening all at once here so i tend to snack all day and then eat a small meal but eat it as quick as i can so i can then get on with doing other things that need to be done.I sometimes skip meals as i am not hungry and then snack the next day.

It depends on the situation. If I'm in a hurry, I eat fast. But mostly I'm a slow eater. I take my time eating, tasting every bite and enjoying it. So I always end up eating alone because everyone already left the table because they're finish eating. But it's okay at least I digest my food fast.

Hello there.
wel i have got a bad habit of eating my food in a hurry.I try a lot to eat my food peacefully but many times i am just as if someone has left a dog behind me for not eating my food.
I always take big morsels and try to finish up my food and stack up, it feels so sucked up when i am in public and they think i havent eaten for past days.

I would like to eat with moderate speed that means I do not like to either rush or eat slow. Only thing I do not want to do is to take too much food at a time. I think we tend to take more food when we eat slow. So I prefer moderate speed in eating. Usually if we had a tasty food or anything we would love to eat on our hand we always would like to eat it out as fast as we could. This should be avoided.

i like to eat food with normal speed. i like to eat it with full patience with no hurry. its good to eat food slow. you bite your food properly but you should also take care that if you are siting in a group you finish it according to them.

Eating slowly is not just good for your health, but also allows you to enjoy the food. If you eat fast then can you really taste the food properly? I think people who eat fast, tend to rush through all aspects of life. This hinders a persons capacity to enjoy life. Eating slowly also allows the nutrients to be assimilated better in the body, which is also another way of promoting good health.

Eating slow is good for those who wants to lose weights or cut off their fats accumulation because it makes the neurons send the signal to the brain which would tell it that the body is full when there has been enough food taken.
However, eating fast is more enjoyable and would easily make you fill full.
I prefer the latter.

I eat slowly too. And I do believe that mealtime should be a communal activity with lots of conversation and true enjoyment of the food. I cannot be rushed. I really despair at 30 min lunchbreaks. I'd rather not eat, just wait until after work or school to eat properly. That's how I got ulcer, lol.

I like to eat at a normal or slow pace. Eating is not a task which we have to complete as quick as possible. I like to enjoy the food. If I am eating fast then I don't get to relish the food. Besides we should chew the food properly. So when eating slowly we chew the food properly and also food get properly digested.

Eating slower gives your stomach more time to start working on the food. When you send an entire meal down your throat in 5 minutes, you may find yourself suffering from indigestion. Instead, take 20 minutes to eat the same amount of food. Your stomach will have a much easier job. Eating slower might also result in you chewing more, giving your stomach a head start in the digestive process.
It takes your stomach about 20 minutes to produce the hormones that tell your brain that you are full. This process doesn’t start until your stomach begins to stretch. If you slow down, you give yourself more time to feel full. This gives you a better chance of stopping before you "get stuffed."

Why should i eat my food fast if in the first place i am not in a hurry.Militray eat their food very fast to reduce the time needed for them to prepare for war every delay their lives will be at risk also paramedics they must eat their food as fast as they could because every now and then emargency situations will take place also as a firefighter thats why these individulas are very prone to stomach problems because their intestine cannot support digestion.
