If you die today, what do you want to see on your obituary?

I don't want people to remember me as a good person. I don't want them to remember for the position that I have in the company. I am sure god will not ask me what is the highest position that I got when I am still working neither how much is my money in the back account. I just want to make it a very simple obituary, here it goes "Here lies a woman who never failed to make people smile".
How about you? How would you like other people to remember you?

I wouldn't want an obituary. The people who know me and love me will remember me just fine. They won't really have a choice. I've told all of them that if I can find a way, I'm going to haunt the heck out of them for fun.

I would probably get something along the lines of "Loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend." I'm a family girl so this is how I would liek to be remembered. I wouldnt want so much sadness as celebration from my life and my art. My writing hopefully would be published.

I would like be remembered as a person who helps other people. It doesn't have to be grandeur help like doing charity or building something, just a simple motivating people to do something or make other people happy would be enough. Personality and good behavior is more valuable than all material stuff. Rich in terms of money cannot bring me to holy heaven, but rich in heart is the most important thing to Him.

Wow, I have never actually thought about this. I agree that I would not want to remembered for my daily life, work and money. I want to have a nice obituary that tells of the love I shared with my family and friends. I like your quote. It would be fitting for me as well!
