Hi everyone!
Just recently i have been trying to join a certain program where in i need to invest $ 1.00 and it will be thru paypal. I have enough money in my paypal account so i decided to go on but as i am about to go through the process, it told me that paypal cannot process my withdrawal because my account has limited access. Does anyone of you also experienced the same as i did? Do i have to link my credit card? What if i dont have any credit cards? Your response will be highly appreciated.
Thank you so much!!

If it says that your account has limited access youll have to contact Paypal to sort out the issue. Theyll probably ask you for some type of ID to confirm that you are the owner of that account. I would suggest you do it as quickly as possible. One of my friends had the same problem, he called paypal scanned his licence and bank statement and the problem was solved. All the best.

Hello panget.
Well see yes even i got such a message for the first time when i used my paypal. This comes because you havent verified paypal. When your paypal aint verified you get a limit of using 500 dollars only and after that you cannot do anymore transactions till your paypal is verified, so just check out if you have used the limit facility if yes then you have to get a new paypal or you have to verify the current one.

yeah, jules is right. you have to link a credit or a debit card to your paypal to get verified. get an eon debit card in case you don't have a credit card. then ask the bank for the paypal code.

Think of it as karma from the Universe telling you not to get involved with a $1.00 Paypal business. Plenty of other businesses to choose from.

Credit card is needed to process your request. This is for verification. However in the absence of a credit card you can link it to your bank account. However to make sure try to email their security center so they can assist you.

panget,
The problem is due to the fact that you have withdrawn the maximum limit on your account for the month. Paypal has a rule wherein, without a credit card verification, you will not be able to withdraw more than $500 for a month. This is why you received this intimation. However, to increase you withdrawal amount, you can register your credit card and once this is verified, you can request and withdraw as much as you want in a month.
Hope this helps.

I agree with previous posts that first, you need to be verified. Paypal deposits small amounts in your account (your checking or credit card account, whichever account you want to be linked with Paypal)and you have to type in the 2 amounts they have deposited in order to be verified. You will get it back. Once this is complete, you can pay already with Paypal. You can receive money, it's there in your account, but you cannot use it unless you are verified. You might want check UnionBank. I think they also have Paypal. Good luck.

there may be more options in your paypal account to make it verified account like adding a bank account. Yes adding credit card is the easiest way but as u mentioned since you dont have credit card try other options of getting your account to the verified level. Definitely you can see options to do these activities.

Actually if your paypal account is unverified that means if you have not verified by creditcard or debitcard of master and visa, u will have a limited access if u want to go for transaction with others, may be the limit is $500 or $300, not remembered exactly, just check it out.
But yes if u want to withdraw money to ur bank account, u can withdraw unlimited from unverified account to ur bank account.here per month limit is $500 though.

Hi panget20. You are obviously not as what your picture shows.
My understanding is that you have to have a credit card to link to your paypal account. They will use that credit card for verification of your paypal account. A certain amount is charged for verification. Do not worry because that amount will be given back to you once you got the paypal code.
That could possible the reason why you cannot transfer your account from paypal to the site that you are interested to join in. Better check again the paypal website. Happy mylotting.

I'm guessing that you maybe haven't verified your account yet? If you have an unverified account, then you can only receive payments into your account, but not send any. If that isn't the case, then maybe you should contact Paypal staff and ask them for help...probably the fastest and best way to get help. :)
