My favourite subject in school was Maths and I always scored high marks in Maths. The subjects that I never liked was Science and Drawing. Just for the sake of scoring marks I studied Science and the moment school education was over I bid good bye to Science. Drawing is not my cup of tea at all. If I had to draw frog in Science subject, it used to appear as bear and my teacher used to show the drawing to other students and used to make fun of me. In drawing class, when teacher is going to the back rows to check, my friend Darahasa Kumari used to draw for me and I escaped his wrath. In college, I always liked commerce, sociology most. What about you?
What is your favourite subject in School and College? any experiences?

We are opposite to each other in the likings of our subjects. I hate science and love maths and you are vice versa.

I had two favorite subjects in high school. One was English. I enjoyed the class when we studied poetry and creative writing. Writing is where my heart is yet today! I also like foreign language classes. I enjoyed learning to read and speak French. Those were some fun times!

Creating writing is very interesting. Do you remember French even now?

I still remember a lot from French class. Though, I would probably need a refresher course for the things I'm sure I've forgotten. When you don't use something everyday, it's easy for it to slip away from you.

My favorite subject in school was Math. When I went to my College Years, I took Engineering Course. Loves Problem Solving, making my brain active.
I love my subjects in College, most likely dealing with Math. Especially, Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Accounting, and more Maths in the College.

You are correct. Maths' quality is problem solving and keeping the brain active. It is a challenge to solve the problem and gives enough work to your brain. I always liked to face this challenge.

My favorite subject aside from recess is history. Until now I read articles on history and I love watching historical documentaries on TV. Though I am not very good in memorizing dates of specific events, I can easily recall the people involved in such events.

For me apart from remembering the dates, the George I, George II George III, Victoria I, II all these used to confuse me a lot. I used to think why they cannot keep different names so that I can remember easily. May be it is the Royal name that they have to keep for themselves.

Nice to hear that you like science subject. I think one of the reasons for this is the talent of your teacher to teach in an interesting manner to get the full attention of her students.

Though easiest, it is creative. It needs lot of concentration to watch the movie in detail and then comment over it. It needs good talking talent and language proficiency too.

I loved science when i was in school. For the variety of physics, chemistry and biology and also the depth of the subject which is so fascinating. unfortunately, my dad wanted me to take up commerce stream instead of science. Statistics was probably the subject I enjoyed the most in college. Accountancy is a nightmare.

HiBuchi, now,in school my favourite subject is drawing.but it was not like this before, when i was in high school i was well in maths too.i also scored high marks in this subject.while a thing changed me manner in math when i was senior 3.in that term our maths was taught with a very ugly teacher and he always devised how to get us into trouble,we were both hate him,and were not listen to his classes any more.So my mathmatics GPA tended to coast fastly.

I am sorry to know about the teacher. I am also a teacher oriented student. If the teacher's teaching is good, I will study well otherwise not.

Hi! my favorite subj when i was in high school is English- Mythology. I was so interested in learning the different gods and goddesses. I read Illiad and Oddyssey. I memorized who is the god of what. I was so Interested on the lives of the mortal, especially the wars. MY favorite of course is The Odyssey because the adventure odysseus was amazing, onnhow he lost all his gurads and how he returned to his family and leardned that he is not the strongest and the cleverest. I don't really have a favorite subject in College.

I heard that trigonometry is hard. It is good you have it in your finger tips. Well biology is good for me too to know about human and plant details. I agree a good teacher is an inspiration to students to get interest in that subject.
