Hi! I noticed that I missed my period on the date that it should have and it is almost 1 month already. So I bought a pregnancy test kit and the result is positive so i was shocked because i am not ready yet. Before my test i experienced symptoms that my period is about to come and until now i experiencing it. So I am confused because I do not feel any symptoms of being pregnant. I would like to ask if a pregnancy test kit is reliable and does sometimes the result is false? Please I want to know your opinion about this. Please share your experience.

Sometimes pregnancy symptoms can be confused with period symptoms. I am not sure if you have been pregnant before but if you have remember all pregnancies are different. I would contact your doctor to get a better test done. Hopefully, if you are pregnant, you will not have the symptoms in early pregnancy that can be so annoying. Best of luck to you!

A false pregnancy test is sometimes wrong usually because a lady tests too early. A positive pregnancy test is usually correct. It has found something in your urine that detects a pregnancy. Some ladies have symptoms like a period is about to begin but it can be implantation. Some ladies don't have the symptoms of pregnancy but are really pregnant. I know some ladies take several pregnancy tests. Good luck.

Around 3 weeks of dely of period, and having thinking that you might be pregnant. It is more likely accurate time to get a pregnancy test. Do it during the first urination in the morning. If the result is positive, then go to the Obgyne Doctor to check you out.
There are times that you might not experienced some symptoms of pregnancy on the first month but it is still during the first trimester (1-3 months). But some women don't experienced any of the symptoms.
So, better go to the Doctor.
