Hi Mylotters,
If you are man, do you like to see women with nose rings?
If you are a women, do you like to use nose rings?
I am not ready to pierce my nose for nose ring. I like to see other women with nose ring. I like a 'typical ring' on nose than a stone. I like to have it only once in a while. So, I adjust it with sticky kind of nose rings.
What about you?

Hai daliaj!It was an old practice among our girls in the past.It only suits certain faces and adds more charm to the look.But all old people used to have it.I think it has some acupressure effect and so they used them.Now a days there is no need to pierce your nose to wear one.Just you can stick it,as you have told.Personally,I think girls above the age of thirty looks nice with a ring in their nose.Cheers!

Hi Ganesh! Nice to see you online after many days. I also thought like you previously. I though nose piercing is a paractice existed among old people in India dn it doesn't go with modern clothes. But, when I went for a conference, I saw many westeners wearing nose rings. I personally don't like to pierce my nose. Thanks for the response.

Hai daliaj!My internet connection had a problem for some days and so I couldn't be available here for the past few days.Well,it is news for me that western people are wearing nose rings.Did they get pierce their nose for that or just use sticker types?Did you express your views to them?

Hi daliaj,
I am one of those who when I see nose rings I feel pain .. and do not understand why people put anything there. . . what happens when you have a cold and have to keep blowing your nose .. it is bad enough you are so stuffed up but then to add to it and intentionally put an obstruction there to me is crazy. It also looks like it just hurts. The piercings that really bring me that uncomfortable feeling is when I see them hanging off an eyebrow!

Some of my friends use nose rings. I don't think any of them are uncomfortable with it. I think they got used to it. It will be an irritation for me for sure when it comes to the time to cold. Also, I feel the nose ring won't suit me. That is the reason I didn't go for it even though my husband likes to get a diamond nose ring for me.

I do not like wearing nose rings.My mother forces me to pierce my nose to wear rings but i hate it.In our place its almost compulsory for a girl to wear those nose rings and i am not in those who wear or want to wear.
when ever any women comes to our house, she gets shocked to see that I have no nose rings and even no piercing.

I do not like to see any earring/nose ring in a man but one earring in ears is good. As a lady I do not like to put a nose ring in my nose, I think it is fit to a pig or other animals, not my type..lol..just joking..maybe, I could put a nose ring when it is require but i definitely find it informal.

Hello, Daliaj, as a women, I like the traditoinal way in our country that to wear one set or earing only. I feel pain and unconfortable to have a nose ring. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Oooh, that must hurt. I don't like any other form of "mutilation" on my body with the exception of my pierced ears which I had nothing to do with. My mother had my ears pierced after birth. I'm glad she did so I didn't have to worry about the pain at all. Personally, I don't mind women with nose rings because I respect other people's culture and personal styles. It's not what I want for myself.

I don't understand why people get them, they look awful, they must be so uncomfortable...I think people look better without them.
