what do you think about the love occur between a teacher and his female student?

the teacher is at least 10 years older than the girl. the girl is falling in a deep love which can't be controled. she even can't study with undivided attention now and she is under a serious pressure from herself and the thinking of morality.
what do you think about this?
how to help her to deal with this, is this wrong or right?

Don't worry ,my friend,the same thing occured in my city many years ago.they got married and they are happy now.The most important is ,they fell in love with each other when the girl at high school.then they both moved to a distant city because of the great pressure of society. I think everyone has the right to choose the one he loved.It's very difficult to find a person who real love you . so ,if you do love each other,do not mind what someone else said,just love!

When we talk about ethics it is morally wrong. Student and teacher relationship should no go beyond. This is not a common issue, here in my country students usually fall in love with their teacher or vise versa. Its so hard to tell a friend who is in that situation because once a person is in love they will never listen to anyone but only to their feelings.
