For weeks, I had digestion and sleeping disorders, and medicine did not help in the least. I was persuaded to join a five day travel in adjacent provinces with my former classmates. The fresh air, hill climbing, round table dining and a lot of chatting worked wonders. Now I am back, fresh and fine. Hope it will last at least months.
Do you believe Travel is best cure?!

Hello my friend zhuhuifen46 Ji,
I agree, but with little more opening out the actualm facts leading to your freshness in health. It was due to change in atmosphere, place and people. I always felt, if something is not working , I used to send men for a change. After return things would work. People will store their energy and work smartly. So leave must be at regular intervals. Sundays should always be honored by going outside and not engaged with pending home-work like laundry and others.
May God bless You and have a great time.

yes your right, a few days or week of travel will help relax our selves and mind. we are too stress with work, with those people around us, too much thinking. fresh air, green field and the sound of sea will make us help relax and feel new again.

Travel is great as a way to get far from your work or school troubles. Of course some travel can cause sleep and digestion problems if you travel to the other side of the planet and eat local things there that your stomach is not used to.
But you have to make time every week to get outside and do something fun away from your normal weekly activities. I guess that is what week-ends are for! I believe in travel for your health, both physical and mental because traveling exposes you to new things and new people. I think that is healthy for everyone.

I think we all need a vacation every now and again! Traveling can really work wonders on us. I read somewhere that people who took yearly vacations was in a lower percentage for a heart attack. I wish I could remember the exact percentage.

Yes, it is known to be the best therapy besides going out for window shopping or strolling along the beach or doing other light activities that do not require us to use our brains too much. One will feel rejuvenate and the mind is more relax and peaceful. I think jogging might also, but that depends on the physical condition.

Hi zhuhuifen, I believe that a change of pace and relaxation can often be good for our health. Getting together with old friends also helps a lot. As for travel, it really depends on the person and how you feel about it but a trip such as the one you took is my idea of a good time too. I'm pleased that you are feeling better. Blessings.

I believe in whatever you are saying about travel being a cure because I have experienced it before, I remember I was feeling really down when I got my first year results as I got a referred in one subject and my friends told me to go with them to travel a bit, we all went in the woods and some environmental friendly places, when I smelled the fresh air too and walked in the woods it was really nice and I just love it.
