how you feel when you cant meet your kids in same roof

I have seen people doing jobs with no off on weekends and their shift timing are 3pm to 12 midnight or you can say 2pm to 1 am (including travelling time)
they they reach home they find their kid sleeping and in morning when they wake up they find their kids already went to school. They people got off on working days when their kid are in school and no off on weekends when kids are at home.

yeah i know wat u mean
like me n my sis share a room and there were weeks where in we lived in the same room,slept in the same room but wudnt meet each other
i wud be busy with work and come rather late at nite and she wud be tired by the time i wud be back home and wud be asleep.n in the mornings she would be out of the house b4 i wud even get up.fortunately we had sundays to catch up on the events of the past week
