Hi! I also put stuffs in my diary. It's like a semi-scrapbook. I pasted pictures and I even wrote poems. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I used to when I was younger keep a daily diary but then I tore it up and burnt it.... It wasnt something I wanted to share or look back on in the future... I do still write stuff down but it's mainly when I'm upset and I hate looking back on it as its depressing... So I would rather not bother now... I would have love to kept a happy and lovely uplifting one. The bad seems to overides the good... Thats why we should keep a track of the good times... Maybe I should start now... I guess it's never too late...

Hi! you know what, I write my emotions in my diary, especially when I am very upset, like you. Everytime I read what I've written after several months or years, I just laugh it off and think how silly I was before.

Dairy maintainence is the good habit which keeps the memories in human beings life. I used to maintain dairy till my intermediate and presently maintaining the good memories records which makes my lif e happy.

i had a diary when i was in high school since we are required by my english teacher, but now i dont have one. although i think its really a necessity to me since i have short term memory loss over the years.
