my deaf and blind brother.

A friend of mine had informed me of the sudden death of his beloved mother two days ago. He has this elderly brother who is blind and at the same time a deaf person. He is trying all possible means to inform his brother about the death of their mother but to no avail. Please if anybody has whatsoever idea as to how my friend would be able to inform his disable brother about this incident please let me know.

This is sick, I know. But what if he touched her body, or at least a copy of her body.
I really think it is better to just let the issue be left alone. Bring others to his side for support.
