Oh gee! Thanks for your kind offer. Well, I actually have two problems. First, the laptop of my daughter has slowed down a lot. I did a virus scan with AVG and found no virus. Do you think I should try a registry cleaner? Is CCleaner good?
My second problem is regarding the desktop of my son. Every now and then, the date and time would change. I decided to change the CMOS battery but it would still happen. Well, not everyday but it's annoying because the security alert of microsoft would always remind me that my anti-virus is outdated. What do you think is wrong? Should I change the battery again?

microsoft security cleaner is a good one for scanning too. it's free on microsoft.com

Thanks to both of you. Haven't tried microsoft cleaner but it's microsoft who keeps on reminding me that my anti virus thing is outdated. The problem is everytime my son turns on his desktop, the date changes to years way before,so we always have to change time and date.
Also, AVG has always been installed in my children's laptop and desktop but i still have the same problem.

use adaware or AVG. and if ur laptop is slowing down run ur options in low priority. ur screen freuqnecy and quality. maybe underclock it a bit to. when ur laptop heats up to much everything slows down.

I have some problem and need your help.
Some day ago my pc attacked by virus win32 sality.I formated c drive but they are still alive.I use avast home edition,it detect them but cant delet.now I use Kaspersky trail pack but still have some problem
Do you know how i remove that virus manually.plz help me?

Try avira anti-virus or McAfee virus scan enterprise 8.5i or 8.7i with latest update. Win32-sality is not a stubborn virus to withstand these to strong anti-viruses. Contact me again for further help if you don't have the anti-viruses stated above.

hey i have a question about overclocking. i have a 2.6 ghz duel core e5300
i want to know what volatge you adjust for your cpu when u overclock. what is the rule. or if u just need to increase the multiplier and maybe you dont need to touch the voltage... i want to know for freuncy to
