Can I change the world?

I run my own internet business, and I understand the value of setting goals, etc, in my personal life, so that's fine...but I seem to drift into the fantasy and visions of this business changing one person at a time until it reaches a mass number of people, all influencing each other into feeling great and total physical freedom here in the world. Am I just delusional? Or can one person, adding into the lives of potentially thousands or even millions, using the internet all over the world - really change things?
