New Season of Grey's

So...what's the consensus on the new season??! I myself was kinda weepy last night watching it. Even though I knew from reading news of the actors' contract negotiations, I was still kinda hoping it wouldn't really be George there. When I say the preview with Lexie saying it wasn't him, I was hoping she was too sure to be just in denial!
Looks like some interesting things to come, too. The merger will prove interesting, huh?

I loved the new season so far. It has kept up their twisted shock value every season. I was hoping that it wasn't george. I knew he was leaving the show, but I was hoping they would keep him going off to the army so that if he ever wanted to come back he could come back all rugged and army tough. But alas, he is gone for good. This merger thing stinks. I wonder if it will just bring new characters into the story line or if there are others leaving the show. He said there will be cuts and not everyone will survive, so that kind of makes it seem like some more will leave. I hope not.

Yeah, unfortunately that's the impression I got, too, when the Chief was talking about the merger.

i have been following this show. yeah, the musical score is great as ever, with some moments typical of other episodes. i think i will get hooked more of grey's anatomy. i wish that they kept the core cast, but we have to move on to content ourselves with what we see. looking forward to watching more of the show.
