I have been searching for genuine online jobs for a quite a while and in the point of almost giving up. Lots of posted sites look very promising but always start up with buying something in order to start. One needs to kiss his money goodbye in order to start earning without even a guarantee that he will aside from reading posted proofs of earning of other people. Do you think that there are really genuine sites? I appreciate if you can share it with me. Thanks.

NEVER pay for anything up-front. You're doing the work, they should be paying you.
There's a lot of online work out there, but the big question is WHAT you want to do. Writing, web dev, coding, scripting, data entry, graphical stuff? Decide what your skills are, then it'll be easier to point you in the right direction.
Also, have a look in my profile - there's a "Beginner's Guide" to earning online in there (big ugly yellow banner on the right) that I wrote a while ago. Free, of course, and may help you decide what to target.
Once you know what you want to do, ask on MyLot for sites - people know plenty of them. :)

Yes, there are genuine money making sites. I have joined a few in the "writing" sector. Writing hase been my hobby since my college days, and it still is. I enjoy writing articles, short stories, reviews, commentaries, and so on. Here is a site which I have been writing reviews for. It is "Review Stream". This is a genuine program. If you like writing reviews and get paid, you might want to take a look at this site.
