it is important to have and to continue maintaining a good harmonious relationship at work although it can't be avoided that there are rare occasions of petty misundertandings, too. we sometimes have small parties in the office(especially birthday celebrations) and we think it is a good respite from work. do u enjoy working at ur workplace? do u feel anyone feeling indifferent and who does not participate in any work activity or attend small parties there?
