frustration in work and studies how do you get rid of your frustration?

i always come in a point i get frustrated in some other things and this gives me low confidence to what i am dream of.we do have a lot of frustration in our lives.what do you do to get rid off your frustration?sometimes we failed in our studies or even our dreams.how do you handle frustration?

Hello amy, Frustration really give us low esteem,but we should try to uplift ourself from frustration or else,we will always see ourselves as losers. When i am frustrated with things i desperately wanted to do and achieve,i cried my heart out and then,after bursting out all my emotions,i will start to think what to do and how to start all over again. Well,listening musics or shopping are one way to ease some feelings of frustration and even foodtrip (nah..hehehe,i always avoided this one ) Have a good day aways my friend

yes boosting again ourselves helps us to release what made us weak.i do agree crying helps release our tension and headache.we all know we have our frustration in our life but we just face it and deal with it.or else if not that would be the problem might we lost our head or whatsoever.going to malls when at time of frustration cannot really help because when you likes to buy something but you do not have enough money on it you also get frustrated.listening to music for helps as therapy.

That is a normal feelings once or many times in a person life experience the ups and downs. Their are something we wish could done but the situation do not agree and always end up in a losing end. Many times try hard but it is still a disappointment the turning of events is not shining on one's desires. That is why challenges are their to makes us feel aware of our weaknesses and strength by able to identify it we could know the counter measures on how to fight back. All I could say frustration is part and parcel of growing up and it test the limit of the person confidence to get through as mightier despite of facing failures to changes it into something positive rather than focusing on the downsides.

first i think we should not have excessive demands on ourself,then we would get frustrated less. when i get frustrated,i would relax myself,do something i like . for example, i like watching movies and do not have much time for it. when i get frustrated i will give myself a holiday and buy many movie vedios and watch much. then i will be happy and slowly get out from the frustration.

I think a better tonic of it is to divert yourself to some other fields forcefully like seeing a movie, being in company of a friend whom or whose way of thinking you like. If all these fails take a deep nap and never keep yourself lonely and gloomy.

Yeah. I mean it. The way to overcome frustration in work different persons may do different things. It matters with the circumstances. But I have seen a deep nap always yields good result, which you have confessed.

yes watching movies forgot our frustration an a like.well for me sometimes it helps but sometimes not.when i am frustrated i just want to be alone.i just sleep all day long..

Having a good friend to vent out all of your frustrations really help in releasing stress.. I do that, and sometimes, I cry. crying does amazing things to your feelings and to your attitude.. Sometimes, I eat my comfort food, so I go to the mall, go straight to the wendy's fast food, and just treat myself to a big burger with iced tea and fries on biggie. LOL.

yes, i agree and the presence of trusted and loyal makes it easy to fight problems. you could seek their advices and in return when they also need your help will do the same things. and eating comfort food is good as long as it is in right amount and do not over do to much as some food is fattening. your way to unstressed is effective for you and maintain it makes you more a survivor. cheers

When i get disappointed i read books which motivate me like Napoleon hill series.I listen to discourse by renowned spiritual leaders.I listen to music.I read books relating to stock market.I try to look at the brighter side of life.If i don't achieve my target i try to work more hard to attain it.I feel with hard work you can achieve an above average grade in studies.

yes thinking being miserable lead to downfall while thinking happy thoughts and be positive make any person cheerful.ignoring the bad comments but some scold is made sometimes is good to mold a person character and change for the better.

Usually , i get sad and listen to some slow music... then i get up and try to smile after a while , and ofcourse think of a way to fix the problem :) Like... The last time i failed my studies , i actually sit down and did my homework xD

yes listening to music is one way to get rid of frustration.i listen to music when i am lonely or mad,we just cannot do anything in a meantime when we are frustrated to things.but i just have the strong guts to try again and again.do not lost hope and in the end you will succeed.

when i feel frustration or worry during my office work, studies or in daily routine matter of my home, i go to my bed for sleeping. After good sleeping time, i feel fresh and my brain is out of tension and frustration. Now these days, I am worried about my annual papers. But i cannot avoid this tension because the only way to get rid is "I have to attend my Exams" Pray for me. Thankx

yes that are all good strategy and it is very effective to you. just stick to that routine and you would do well. it is good to maintain the same practices as long as you feel good and knowing they are effective remedy to unstressed.by this time i know you already pass it. good luck for your endeavor.
