what steps to be taken to improve india's bowling

Its not just about talent.. you need to hav the will, determination and hard work.. not like the present lazy, ignorant so called legends [who never performs when it matters] I'm not blaming anyone in person.. but this is wat we all have been seeing for years [the so called legendary players never perform when it matters.. - nowadays mostly the bowlers] Commitment should be prior to seniority in team selection.. thats my opinion! Good Question..! Lets' hope they do better for the next match
