Sony has out done themselves this time!

Okay this is a rant and I don't know where to put it exactly... BUT I NEED HELP/I WANT TO HELP. Sony has recently released a new update (at the beginning of September) for the Playstation 3 game console, and it is CRASHING SYSTEMS. Just yesterday they released 3.01 to fix the problem and NOTHING. Now here is the biggest problem they are denying and saying that the crashes cannot happen, are 'impossible' and that we must pay to have our systems fixed. FOR AN UPDATE THEY PUT OUT. Now here is where I need your help MyLotters, if any of you have had any problems with your PS3 console-- don't blame your kids for breaking it, go to system and check to see if you have updated to 3.0 or 3.01 and are having any kind of issues, like Batman AA freezing or skipping, or Uncharted freezing, or your system randomly giving you a blue screen and telling you to push a button, then going back to factory settings, or ANYTHING LIKE THAT- LET ME KNOW. I am amassing every story I have so I can go to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, Ripoff Report and my local news station. I am NOT GOING TO PAY FOR MY SYSTEM GETTING REPAIRED WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES TO BREAK IT. They are also having issues with the PSN (PLAYSTATION NETWORK) because all my information is now ''missing'' but in acutally my account name is in my 'friends list' with all of my downloads.. and I am assuming my credit card information is also there. SO in recap-- My playstation 3 60 gig launch system has crashed because of the 3.0 update. Sony says that my crash is impossible-- even though their OWN FORUMS are flooded with posts about it happening to people all over the country at different times-- and is trying to have me pay for it. They also will not give me credit back for all of the downloaded games I have lost (because of the log in issues, ya know the ones where I don't own my account). So Speak Up Mylotters!!! Help me out and post any issues you've had here!!!! I will respond to every one of your issues and when I get at least 10 from all of my different sources I will post a complaint with all of the proper authorities.
