what do you take for your chronic pain

Hello clocks I saw that you had another discussion and thought I would respond. I do have some chronic pain from time to time. It is my lower back. Many years ago I had surgery and now I think that I have artritis in it. I try to stick to the basic over the counter meds. I guess with this kind of pain I have gotten use to it and plus I refuse to get started on those pain pills that doctors give out. Have a nice day and better tomorrow..
