Hi zhouxi, It is only advisable to eat 3 eggs a week, and if he is high blood pressure, it is advisable to let him eat the egg white only because it has less cholesterol than the egg yolk. because egg yolk contains about more than 200 calories. Eating Eggs has a high cholesterol in all other protein foods especially the egg yolk. We should stay in a Healthy Living.

I think one egg in a day is already good enough for our health. As the eggs contain lots of nutrition. If you eat more eggs in a day, I am afraid it will lead to a bad digestion. And the nutrition will be wasted. I love China

The recommended number of eggs in a day is one but sometimes I also exceed in that number. Eggs contains high cholesterol so if you have high blood, high cholesterol or diabetes you should limit yourself into one or remove the yolk eat only the white part.

yes, most people think so.i also think we should eat not more than one egg each day when we are getting older.especially we should eat less egg yolk.

The american specialists have advised that a person can consume 4 eggs a week. But a recent article I've read seems to indicate that when we eat an egg a day we have to restrict the quantity of meats as egg contains a lot of cholesterol. Some people remove the yolk of the egg and eat it because its the yolk which contains majority of the cholesterol.Having B.P i prefer taking egg with pepper leaving out the salt.
