Up until the past few years I have always used a digital clock radio. But now I use my cellphone. Its just easy. The days and times are set and they stay set unless I change it. All I have to do is make sure its charged which I do anyway. My dh uses his cell phone and so does my ds. OH and my changer to the tv sits right beside my phone so I can turn the news on and get woke up a little better.

I have my clock radio set for seven so I wake up to listen to the news every morning, I like to hear the news to see what has been going on while I have been sleeping, just in case it would be a good idea just to stay in bed,,,

No I don't use digital clock in waking me up. It's really my body clock that help me wake up in the morning.

My children wake me up every morning so i never need an alarm clock or anything else to wake me up.Only once have i ever over slept and that was because i was very ill.I used to use the alarm that was on my mobile phone but found that i was a wake as well as up when the alarm went off so i never bother now.

I use my mobile phone alarm to wake up. I have set the alarm timing to 6 am in the morning and it helps me a lot to wake me up. Occasionally when I sleep very late at night I face lots of problem to wake up in the morning, particularly on those days I keep the volume of the mobile alarm high.

I always set the alarm in my mobile phone. I prefer using it compared to the digital alarm clock as it is louder plus I can set multiple alarms.

My body just naturally wakes up around 5AM but I always try to get a least one more hour in. I have a alarm clock but I use it just so can I figure out the current time. Then a hot shower really gets me completely up.

I don't use any instruments to wake me up. Exactly at 5 in the morning the birds starts chirping in my garden very loudly for which automatically i wake up.

I happen to wake up plus or minus 7am every morning . . . so I don't need an alarm clock or any sort!! I don't have to go to work, but I am a mom and I do have to get my little one ready for school and such (so it's not like I can ever sleep in). But for some reason I can get myself up at precisely the right time! Perhaps I had gotten in the habit of waking up at the same time, so my body just knows.

I'm very lucky. I have a very accurate biological clock that can make me wake up at whatever planned time, usually even earlier. During school days, I manage to wake up on time without any alarm clock or family members waking me up. And then, interstingly, on weekends, my biological clock seems to know that it's weekend, and it allows me to sleep more! So I usually wake up one hour later than I normally do on school days. And then, when it's back to Monday, I wake up at the usual time again. But I don't always listen to my biological clock. Sometime after wake up, I go to sleep again, and that's when my biological clock stops working. It only works once, and after that, after I close my eyes again, I often oversleep. XD

Actually, I set the alarm on my iPhone. I swear, its way louder than any other alarm clock I ever bought. I use to have my husband wake me up 20 minutes before he left for work so I could start my day, but he kept forgetting, so I just started using my iPhone which helped a lot! Happy MyLotting! -Lexi
