I missed the bus stopped and almost got late in going to the office . . . . ..

Yesterday morning, I was so engrossed in reading a novel while I was aboard a public transport that I didn't notice that I was already far from where I was supposed to disembark . . . Good thing, I went out of the house earlier that I reached the office at 7:58 o'clock AM! . . Whew,it was a relief. . .. I promised that I won't be reading novels again while I'm on board a public transport. . .LOL

Hello dorisday! It happens sometimes . Good thing you have enough time to go back and not be late at work. This thing happened to me also, but not because of reading but because of sleeping. I fall asleep in a public transport called FX here. And I missed my stop. i have to ride another tricycle to go back to my destination. Happy posting!

Things like this happened a lot,but luckily I have never been in such a situation.Once while I was travelling in a bus,a guy near me slept that he missed his stop.Once he realized that there was panic around him,cos he did not have enough money to get back to his original destination.In the end someone helped him and the situation got better.

I am glad you weren't late. I have never had to use public transport, as we do not have any here, as I live in a small town. I could see how you could miss your stop though.

hi,my friend.it happened usually during those period for the bad traffic.those days our city is buliding subway,though i get up early everyday and i go to office late several times.it makes me feel bad.oh,God.i wish it will be over quickly.happy my friend

Let's keep that promise I haven't board a bus for a long long time. When I boarded one before, I'll make sure I never fall asleep. A cousin of mine slept on a ride. She missed her stop and the bus even reached the next station. She even had to take another to return home, which she nearly missed again as she fall asleep, again.
