To some extent, I do believe that once a person cheats, they will always cheat, but a part of me also believes that they can truly change. But it depends on if they want to change. I do think that some cheaters can become completely loyal and true again if they wanted to, but for those that continue to cheat even though they swore that they won't do it anymore, I think that a part of them wants to continue doing it. I don't think a cheater can change until they themselves truly want to change what they do.

It is absolutely true that once a person is a cheater, they are always a cheater. When a person cheats they make up a reason for why it was okay so they don't have to feel like they did something horrible. This makes them feel that cheating is acceptable "under certain circumstances," so cheating becomes psychologically easy.

hmmm in most cases I would say yes but sometimes someone can get such a fright when they are found out they are a little scared to do it again but I guess the temptation is always there...
