have you ever been stranded in a place because of typhoon?

gosh! just yesterday me and my husband got stranded inside a public bus going to home to our province for 19hours!!! our travel was suppose to take only 4hrs going to the province but because of the heavy rain brought by typhoon "ondoy" here in the philippines our travel took 19hours!! places everywhere are closed because of the high floods and this was the first time that i experienced seeing so much flood almost covering 2-3 story houses! thank God the typhoon is out of the country now! so much damage was left! how sad that many died. :C
