How do you manage to get first check from Clickbank?

Clickbank is one of the best affiliate marketing program available for bloggers and Internet marketers. However, Clickbank is quite stringent when it comes to first payout. The payment policy states that: "ClickBank will withhold payment of any account balance until the following criteria is met: - Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers; and, - Sales made with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Note: PayPal purchases do not count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers." That means there must be at least five sales to get the first check from Clickbank. How many of you manage to get the first check from Clickbank? How do you promote products from Clickbank? I promote Clickbank through my blog. There are so many people clicking on the hoplinks, and so far the best result is to have people go to the payment page. But there is no sale yet. I wonder when I will get to see the money.
