Do you eat a well balanced meal everyday?

I am one of those people who eat what ever I want. I don't have a meal plan. I know this is unhealthy but I can not help it. I love to eat stuff that is unhealthy for you. For example sometimes I will eat a cookie in the morning because I want something sweet or a slice of pizza. This is not smart for me to eat such things at such an hour of the day. I would like to be more healthy and eat right. I know this would help me lose weight. To have a well balanced diet would be better for me than what I am doing.

No, but I sure wish I could or did. I try to cook healthy for us, but it is not always possible. Alot of times we have to just throw something on and eat it and go to bed since we work alot.

no i do not because my freezer full of fatty frozen food. thats supposed to be cooked in oil. which i do because i hate stuff that goes in the oven because it just doesn't taste the same plus its not as crunchy i think the oil also gives the food some of its flavor. and usually i only get healthy lunch food just enough for the week i was thinking about eating one of the apples or oranges but then i wouldn't have anything to eat at school. so i guess it would be smarter if i ate healthy as a child to start a good example for myself to eat that way in the future. i'll try that and see in 10 years if it works....oh and a year ago i really didn't eat healthy because my mom never bought food so i was always starving so i would buy pizza once a week the pizza would last two days. so yeah i became addicted to pizza.

No,I don't have a diet plan,I just eat what comes to my mind and what I like to eat.And I even have regualry eating time.Because my biological clock is disorederd.Many times I just eat two meals a day.
