a bit of help with adding interests

hello I use a screen reader to navagate tis site andi'm trying to add interests with out responding to every discussion. that's the only way I can add an interest as I don't see a pluss or add thing next to or above a topic when I hit enter on a topic link. is there any other way to do this? Thanks in advance.
