i don't know that only restore defrag and disk clean up can fix this problem. First of all install a good anti virus. Avast Home addition can be a good choice, its license key is free for one year. after installing antivirus scan your computer. or first perform low level formatting on your computer and then install a good antivirus to get rid of this problem.

Before you take drastic measures like reformatting your hard drive or attacking your computer, I would suggest that you get a good anti-virus program which can possibly rid your computer of this virus. Norton is a good program but there are many others out there, too. You can also go to Trend Micro's website and have your computer scanned. They've been around for a long time and their program is pretty effective:

1. Remote Control Trojans
2. Password sent Trojans
3. Keylogging Trojan
4. Destructive nature of the Trojan horse
5.DoS Trojan attack
6. Trojan.DL.Agent
7.FTP Trojan
8. Program Trojan killer
9. Bounce port-type Trojan horse
Some anti-virus software, it is impossible to completely remove Trojan horse programs. First, determine what the Trojans, and then find tools for targeted killing.
If you still can not remove, only to re-install the system.

I have to say I don't try and just take it to my computer guy, but DID find a new anti virus that is worlds better than anything I've ever used before.
Panda security works wonders. It is cheaper than norton, works better than norton or the AVG programs, plus it cleans up your systems temperary space and registery files. I think those two things get missed a lot
I'm not much help on getting rid of the virus, but this program is wonderful to use so it doesn't happen again.

I had the same virus about a month or so ago. I had to buy a new hard drive to transport my documents and pictures. I then had to buy Webroot spyware because my original one was distroyed by the virus. Then my daughter reformated the computer. So it was like new all over again. Good luck to you I know it is so annoying.
