my friends and co league have different ways of becoming slim and their advices really differed. one will claim that my other friend way is not effective and her style is the good one. one way is to count the calories of every food she's eating. she claimed that she lose weight by doing that but the other friend said that that friend is still fat and her way is not good. my friend two said that i should eat little. i am now very confused on what to follow.

hi there cutepink... trimming down on your carbs and doing exercises is alway the healthiest way to losa the extra pounds... unfortunatley i am too lazy to do that and I rely on slimming tabs everytime i feel i am gainaing much weight.... if you have the time and patience to do the treadmill and all..then i would recomend that.

the truth is..they all have side effects...if you wanna risk it.. it's really nt okay especially if you have certain conditions... that is why it pays to always read the labesl and precautions... some expensive yet quick slimming tabs may cause palpiatation and all... othe fat-blockers may cause digestive system problems... but it is the only way fro me since i could never develop patience ofr any kind of exercise.. I purchsed some machines...but they are just sitting around and the kids just play with them..at least they have some use.

I think you just eat enough but low in carbohydrates and high in protien, because protein will help you feel full even if you just it enough than you used to eat. in days that you have very little work I advice you to have full fruit diet and dont forget to have a small exercise that is less strainous.

Eating less is a good idea to help you lose weight if you're eating too much. You should also eat healthier foods. Cut down on the sweets and eat more food high in fiber and high in protein. Think of the food you eat throughout the day and make small changes where you can to make your diet healthier. Replace white bread (which is processed like sugar in your body) with wheat bread, have fruit for a snack instead of chips, drink water instead of soda, and so on. It is never a good idea to cut your calories to below a normal limit. It will completely screw up your metabolism and it will make it harder for you to lose weight over time. In addition to a proper diet, you have to exercise. Aerobic exercise is best for losing weight. It takes a lot more energy to burn fat using strength-training exercises than it does using aerobic exercises. For instance, race-walking for thirty minutes will burn more fat than lifting weights for thirty minutes.
