do you tend to anwser short or long discussions? do you think that longer discussions are often dismissed rather then the short ones? i find that sometimes there are. i have caught my self even doing it, sometimes if i think that a discussion is too long and i can get more done by anwsering a short discussions i go back and look for short ones. have you done this?

Hi.it's true in the most of cases, even me also act like that in few cases. But if the main heading or tag is attractive and meaningful ,then even though the discussion is long,we would temp to attend that discussion.

I answer anything aye. I just like to add my two cents to the world. Even if the opinion is shunned of or never read I just like it to be there, and if it is read I just like to be there to help. The longer ones I do tend to stray away from a bit more because my comment isn't usually recognised as much so I guess to answer your question i will say the shorter ones are for me.

We cant judge any thing until we read it. Its really true with mylot discussions. If we cant read full stuff given by the party.. we cant provide a reply which is relevant to topic.
So times I too caught to respond such kind of discussion, but mostly not with all. This is the general scenario in every case for few mylotter who are at beginning.

I've done this a few times, but not always. I only disregard long discussions when I don't have much time to post. But when I'm at home doing nothing, I just take my time and read whatever discussion interests me no matter how long it is. I find it nice that some people really put their heart into what they are writing, unlike others who just write whatever to increase their earnings.

I really don't mind answering long or short discussions. I just like adding my views and opinions along with others. I personally think that long discussions have a more, i guess you can say, lasts longer because it's very detailed, and there is sooo much to talk about in long discussions. Short discussions are also great for those who are short and sweet to their point. So it works both ways. Really depends on the person. :)

If it seems interesting that's all it matters to me. If its something I have experienced or I know about of course I would. I just think that if you can help someone with your thoughts or with your experience why just not answer the discussion even though it can be long. :-)

Yes,,..i often find myself anwering discussions with long anwers, especially when I am interested on the discussion. Anyway, i choose the discussions that I only want to answer and I find interesting. I anwer your discussion because I find interesting. I have done that before, i dont read it at all when the discussion is very long, especially when it contains nonsense response to the discussion.

Hi Swadey,
Actually I don't really have a preference whether a discussion is long or short. IT seems that when it is longer, I find that it can give me more information, so then I can figure out a good way to respond but with short discussions usually there is only a few ways to respond back. That being with a short response mostly. Happy mylot.

I must admit that most of the time I get bored reading longer discussions. I find it a waste of time to read all of it. I respond to discussions that are short and well meaning discussions.

...Hi Swadey, When I am deciding which discussion to respond to, I usually am more inclined to answer based on the subject and whether or not I think I have something to contribute. If the content is long, I try to understand the pertinent parts, then as I answer, I read more and make sure I am responding to the writer and not taking my own direction. At least I try :o). Some discussion overviews are about venting, after the initial topic has been posted. Therefore a dissecting has to take place, I believe, to get to the heart of the question posed. So the subject matter is the key as to whether I enter a discussion or not. Take it easy.

It really depends on your interest. For me if I'm interested in a certain topic then even how long a discussion is I will finish reading it and then respond on it. But when your purpose is only to earn for responding then chances are you wouldn't continue reading a certain post and then move on to a shorter one. It's better for the eyes I think :)

Sometimes I actually prefer to respond to longer discussions, because that means that the discussion starter gives me more to work with and thus gives me more to think about and respond to. Long posts can be broken up into parts, and so responding to them means that I can have many parts to my post, making it lengthy, which means more profit from mylot.

If the discussion is interesting, then I do read the long ones patiently and then reply. If the discussions are quite vague and boring, then i would stop reading them and goto the next page. Usually people tend to ignore long discussions. But if you present them in the way it has to be, then I am sure that many would be interested in it. Thanks for starting the discussion and have a great day. Happy Mylotting. Cheers:-)

Hi Swadey,
It is depend on what I had in mind that time. If I can write it long, I will put it all because we are encourage to be descriptive in our post. It is also can avoid any misunderstanding which we usually have in short response.
But if I can not think anything, I just give it short.

i tend to answer short discussion but not a one liner discussion though sometimes i did but it depends to the topic. i dont bother to read the long discussion as it takes more of my time. im here to earn so i need to post as many as i can in an hour. though sometimes if it get my interest then i will read it no matter how it long. though i will know if its copy and paste from an article from other website and i dont bother to read it. as the member dont make any effort for the post.

I like discussions that are long or short. You never know what might pique your interest. My only problem with longer discussions is I'm not always sure I answered the way I wanted to.
