Do you need an alarm clock to get up in the morning?

Is it hard for you to get up in the morning or do you spring out of bed like a rabbit on crack and redbull?

I am definately NOT a morning person! I don't need an alarm though, I have two young boys (5 and 3) who love to wake me up early in the morning!
