I have a router, connect the computers, no Internet access.
However, when my router switches, switches to connect computers, the computer can access.
What is the reason?

Hmmm.. Let me try to help..
Step 1: Is your main internet line connected to the router? If all your lines are connected correctly, make sure the plugs are in tightly.. Most of the time something is loose, so thats why they don't receive the signals that they need.
Step 2: When you power up your router, does the internet activity flash (blinking lights) or is there no lights at all - If there is no lights flashing that means your not getting any signals.
Step 3: What kind of brand name is the router.. Is it a Linksys? Motorola? If you know the brand name of the model of your router get the brand name a model number and post it here and I will direct you on how to fix your router problem.

Yes, when my router to connect computers, the router's light does not shine, no Internet access.
However, the router to connect switches, switches connect computers, routers, lights, and the computer industry to the Internet.
