Memorable scenes from Resident Evil 4

What are the scenes that stuck on your mind long after you finished playing the game? I was intrigued by the fact that the villagers are as human as they come and I also enjoyed fighting the bosses.
One of the most scary scenes in the game was when I first encountered the Regenerator and the Iron Maiden. I shot them like crazy and panicked because I didn't know where to find the infrared scope.

The regenerator in the prison was freaky, you could hear him breathing and he walks right near you where the typewriter was (usually typewriters are safe zones)I thought I would just sit there and all the sudden he jumps on me like a fish and naws on Leons head and it really freaked me out! There's always creepy music for the regenerators then you know the creepy thing is around the corner. The Iron maiden also freaked me out when he got too close. This game IS awesome!
