Being a Christian how do you deal with.......

You know, it took me some time to learn how to deal with people like this and one thing I discovered is to forgive them first, whole heartedly, then don't deal with them again. People with talk regardless and drama will always come. Pray for them and ask God to show them their errors as well as giving you the wisdom to know how to deal with these people. You never know these same people may need your help and because they know that you're a praying person, they will come to you. So your heart needs to aligned as well. My experiences holds people liek this and I've forgiven them, but don't have too much interaction with them. I do tell them that they've hurt me too..this way it's out on the table. I hope this helps and remember Jesus went through the same stuff and He decided not to destroy them, but let them be evil because He had the "last laugh". God Bless.

Queenperk, In the first place, how did you come to know of this person's talking of you behind your back? I would suppose that this is from another party, so in this case I would not be too mindful of it even if it is of slandering nature. Please do not think less that I am supporting such an act or person. I am just a person that would really want to hear it directly from the source and see it for myself. Otherwise, there is nothing much to do or clarify. Doing it will not improve the situation or misunderstandings at all. I believe that all things will work in due time and that if we really have faith in God, then all the more we should pray and let God be in control than our personal feelings and know-how taking over here.
