I fifnd it near impossible some days!!!
Today I have to be gone by 8:30am at the latest. so that means staying up after her 5 oclock feed and getting myself and all her stuff ready before she wakes up (or i have to wake her up) at 8oclock so i can feed her, change her and get her in the pre-packed car. And providing all goes smoothly leave for the doctors at 8:30am.
All this organisation is taking some getting used to.

When my oldest was born, I also found it nearly imposible to get out of the house in a timely manner when I had things that I needed to do. I figured that it would be a lot more difficult once my second was born, but I actually found that it wasn't the case at all.
Some of the shortcuts that I learned between my first and second to being able to get out of the house in a timely manner were:
1) Keep a diaper bag in the car and only bring it into the house when it needed to be refilled. I made sure that I kept plenty of diapers, wipes, powdered formula in it and an extra outfit.
2) Plan to walk out of the house an hour before you actually needed to leave and that way when you are running behind you really don't have to feel like you are in a rush.
