Hmm i understand sometimes it such happens that there are somethings eating you up from the inside, has happened to me, at such moments i try to keep myself busy with something, probably play some games or for that matter do anything that requires a little concentration and it takes your mind off of the thing for at least sometime, but yeah talking about sleeping at night, now that could be difficult, coz everyone is idle when they sleep, those things have to creep into your head at that time. . . well if it really is very annoying then i think we should have a talk with our close friend or a friend who has been through something like that, they should be giving good advice... take care and have a nice day!

To know what relaxation is not. Embrace everything that you are resisting. Don't resist resistance.
Breathing is awesome for relaxation, deep breaths. Breathing lets you adjust to your environment. Become "in balance with it" as it were. Relaxation isn't any one thing because it can be experienced in an infinite number of ways. I think of relaxation as nothing and everything, no attachments, worries or anticipation.

My work days are really long, and by the end of the day, I feel so stressed and exausted. My favorite way of relaxing is listening to my favorite music, and that is classical music. That is very relaxing and refreshing. Another way for getting rid of the mental stresses is "Yoga Meditation". That is an excellent way for relieving away the mental stresses.

Personally speaking, the best way to relax is to do exercises, especially in the gym. When I indulge myself in the fun of exercises, I have no time to consider those problems which trouble me. After doing exercises, I feel really tired so that I could fall asleep swiftly. And doing exercises reguarly helps me keep health. Good health usually results in good mood.

Hi friend, I think the way to relax mind varies for diffrent people. For me, I would ask some buddies to get out for entertainment or listen music home alone because I like music very much and it always brings me out of troubles when I'm stressed. Alo there is another way that is sports, palying basketball and sweating off much, then you will feel better. Wishing that it will help you!

Listen to some easy music, sit on a comfy chair with a nice hot drink or cold drink depeinding on the weather. Cold if its hot, hot if its cold. And just watch some t.v or read a book. Do something creative to take your mind off the world around you. This is what I do to relax, other people may have different preferences but I find all this stuff relaxing.

best way is u just sleep :) need rest.. or relax in some garden :)
