I sleep only in the night and that is 5-6hrs.I don't like to sleep more.If i sleep more i will be wasteing few hrs of my life.I think 6-7hrs is quite enough for an adult.

I sleep 8 hours a night, and i usually do not take a nap during the day. I find that if i take a nap i wake up feeling worst than if i did not take one.

I generally sleep 6-9 hours Every day to ensure the normal sleep time is very important, generally for adults should be 6-9 hours. 10-11 points, for example at night to sleep in the morning to get up 6-7 points, so that can give people to maintain a relatively stable biological rhythm, are beneficial to human body and mind.

I sleep for 6-10 hours. I always make sure that I sleep more than 6 hours because my mind won't work if I don't get enough sleep. It is always nice to sleep an average of 8 hours.
