I generally sleep 6-9 hours
Every day to ensure the normal sleep time is very important, generally for adults should be 6-9 hours. 10-11 points, for example at night to sleep in the morning to get up 6-7 points, so that can give people to maintain a relatively stable biological rhythm, are beneficial to human body and mind.

I sleep for 6-10 hours. I always make sure that I sleep more than 6 hours because my mind won't work if I don't get enough sleep. It is always nice to sleep an average of 8 hours.
