The more whole foods we eat and the less fast food or processed foods we eat, the better. Many fast food restaurants serve food that has little to no nutritional value at all, and is loaded with calories and everything "bad" for us. Just recently my husband had to drastically change his diet due to gallbladder and liver/digestive problems, and in as little as a week and a half, he is already discovering the benefits of a healthy diet. He feels better in general, and his overall health is improving. It's only too bad that it took him becomming really ill to realize that he had to make a change in what he was eating. But at least he has taken an active role in his health and diet as a result of being sick.

Well, I heard from a news from the Radio. But you can check by typing "Is fast food good for your health" in the search panel.

yes I agree fast food is good occasionally but it can not be a substitute for regular diet. In fact obesity is also a curse given by fast food only.

burger - fast food is addictive
A new British study showed that eating fast food several times a week can make a person twice as likely to contract diabetes.still a question remains whether our sedantry life style also leads to that hence now it has givenan excuse to the fast-food industry to claim that fast food can be part of a healthful diet.during study it was found that those who said they visited fast-food outlets twice a week or more gained 10 pounds more than those who ate fast food less than once a week. They also had more than double the chance of developing insulin resistance that is linked to Type 2 diabeteswhich is a form of this disease that occurs due to obesity.
