Do you still get to talk with your godparents? more often than not, we somehow lose the closeness that we have to them when we were younger. We may also lose some of them and sometimes, we move or they move somewhere really far and we lose communication with them Do you still remember your godparents? What is it that you remember most about them?
I will always remember Ninong Cris and Ninong Junior who were really close to me. They were really funny and they were always there for me whenever I need them. Most of all, I will always remember Ninang Fe or my Tita Fe who is also my aunt who is like a mother to me, too. She can be really bossy but I always remember her for being organized and responsible.

I have not talked to my godparents for a long time now. They live in a far place and I don't have to visit them. One of my godparents is my uncle. The last time I talked to him was last year. I love the feeling when I was young when my godparents give me gifts during Christmas and my birthdays. That was before. Since I'm not young anymore, I don't receive presents from them anymore. I gave my godparent, also my uncle too, a cellphone last year as my present to him.

Hi there Angie Mabute! Thank you very much for your response.
You remind me of my childhood friend. When she grew older, she started giving her godparents gifts for Christmas. I think that's really nice.

Since I already have a work and earning now for myself, it's my time to give back gifts to my godparents in exchange of what they gave me during my childhood days.

That's really great. I'm sure that they appreciate that a lot.
