It helps I didn't know how much till I ran out Friday.
Each day got worse, by saturday evening I was in bed
with a terrible headache, tingling in my hands and feet I
was a mess, by Sunday I couldn't get out of bed crying, and
totally miserable. When I got it finally it took an hour to make
me feel better. Tha next morning I feel normal again. I take 0.5 ml
2 times a day it dosent seem enough to totally screw me up
when I rum out but boy did it. Anyone else take this?? Any problems?

Hi,
I have also suffered anxiety, but i was not on colizapam, but diazopan, and cilatopan, but i did not suffer the symptoms you describe, when i stopped taking them.
I know a lot of these things, we have to be weaned off them, but you say you ran out?
Maybe this is why, you suffered withdrawal.

Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Hi dasie, your symptoms are classic withdrawal symptoms, the fact that your body wasn't getting its "fix" is probably what triggered it, as I'm sure you knew. Your body will actually recreate the symptoms that caused you to take the medication in the first place. You are on a fairly low dose, so it is possible that many of your symptoms were caused by panic because you knew you had run out and were anticipating that you would begin to panic, so the anxiety began to manifest. The only thing you can do is to make 100% sure, that you don't run out again, as I don't think these problems were caused by the medication.... more the lack of it.
