do you have phone manners...?

hi myLotters! a huge percentage of the world's population is using cell phones but at times i feel people are lacking the phone etiquettes. if you give a call to someone an s/he is unable to take the call then they don't take it as their duty to call you back... if the person at the other end receives a text message then they don't tend to respond to it either... people switch off their phones at any hour of the day... they avail the caller tune facility to greet the caller but the tune at times is such that the caller does not feel like talking. sometimes an unknown caller calls up and starts talking without confirming if s/he has called up the right person... after some talking they realise that they called a wrong number. there are many with loud ring tones at public places... this is a bit disturbing... so myLotters, do you take care of your cell phone etiquettes...? and what do you do when the person on the other side is not following the phone manners.
