What is the best method to be happy and free from worries and stress?lets discuss.

Live simple, expect more, smile always, think positive and finally be confident......these formula can very well keep us out of stress and worries.... When you are in trouble then think if this....... There is a common saying 'don't look at the stone keeping close to your eyes...it will look too big.... rather place it at a distance and look at it...it will look small'....

Thanks and thats true buddy..... understanding the reality and acting wise matters.... not all the situations are easy to tackle with and not all the situations are the same to deal with... so lets live our life to the fullest...happy mylotting buddy

I feel the best way is to give up your desires. If I had found a way to do that I would let you all know, but currently I just try to avoid material things as much as possible. The reason I say that giving up your desires will allow you to be happy is that there is no disappointment this way.

I never was content with my life and always found myself worried about things I could not control. This was until I learned to meditate. It took a lot of practice but I find that I use the techniques now to decrease my stress levels throughout the day. I don't go into full meditation at work but I am able to control my emotions by breathing and using visualization techniques. I meditate at night before bed and sometimes in the morning before work. I have talked to many people about this and there are many perspectives on meditation. People fear it for many reasons but I find if I stay positive I only receive positive energy back.
