Hi Buddies,
What is your dinner time? At what time you will have your dinner?
Many people will have different timings? My grandpa used to have dinner by 7:30pm, my dad will have by around 8:00pm, and myself, I don't have any particular timings, one day had by 12:00am in night...
What about you guys??

Hi, arunmails, regular dinner time is important to your health, so please try to remain your belly suppied some food when you feel hungry, you also take some cookie or bread for convienent if you are on trip or too busy.
I often have dinner between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, and it is the choice for most of people. maybe someone has his own particular time to have supper, that's also ok.

my dinner time is normally at around 8.30 but we sleep late around 11 so the time is good enough for digestion of food. I normally try to make a light dinner so that its well digested. My daughters take dinner sometimes early around 7.30 but normally we take food together as my husband insists that we all take food together.

Hey,
Well we mostly have dinner at any time depending on when we feel like. I actually eat depending on how hungry I am, some nights I have dinner at 6:00PM and some nights I have dinner at about 9:00PM. Some nights I can even eat at 11:00PM. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hey arun, nice discussion
hmm i live in a hostel and have my dinner at around 8 and when at home i have at around 9 . . . but you know living in a hostel is kinda hectic, we wake up late and feel hungry so sometimes for something to eat we eat at around 2 or 3 in the morning! oh man! this is hostel life especially during the exams you know. . . i know it sounds strange but it is true.... sleeping late also causes some of us to skip lunch sometimes, we sleep that long if we get to bed at 5 or 6 in the morning! of course sometimes we miss lectures!
hehe... have a nice day arun!:)

Wow, I don't think I could wait that long to eat supper. But I guess if you are used to it then it wouldn't be hard. My in laws eat late like that. They own their own business, so they are always working late. Till they close up shop and get home and get supper ready it is usually 7 or 8pm at least. At my house we eat supper around 5:30 or 6:00 pm. The kids get home from school and we get settled in and then I make supper while they work on their homework.

You are really crazy. I can not imagine how you can have a dinner by 12am in night.
When I worked in Beijing I lived alone, I always had my dinner by 6pm after I came home. at weekends I had my dinner(very early dinner) by 3pm.
now I live with my husband and he works very hard. sometime when he came home it's already about 8pm.at beginning I had dinner with him together, but I found it made me too fat. so now when he works I have my early dinner again. I always stop eating anything by 4pm now. It's very good for me. I can see at least I did not put on weight for long time.

well most of the time i had to have my dinner before 7pm. its either 6-7pm. we always have it in that time. but my boyfriend had a different eating time. sometimes they eat at wee hours already like 11-12 midnight. and we just cannot do that because my dad needed to eat early for his insulin shots. so we have to be with him when he eats that is why we eat earlier than mostly expected us to be.

I usually have my dinner at 6pm. They say you should have a 4-hour interval between your last meal and your sleeping time so as to allow your intestines to completely digest your food. It's healthy that way.
