what will be the minimum salary a company secretary will get in the starting?

Depending on the size of the company, the Company Secretary can earn anything between Rs.20,000 to Rs.1,00,000

What you are commenting on dollar after 11 months. Naturally the conversion rate of dollar has gone up in favour of Indian rupees.

it depends on the size and type of the company, if you were employed in a big company and you were the executive secretary then you will earn great, maybe around 30-40,000 pesos, but if its just a small company then 12-15,000 pesos will do.

it depends which field as well as size of the organisation. during interview you prove yourself you can bargain/negotiate for reasonably good salary.

it starts from rs.10,000 in the begining and keeps climbing...in top companies i've seen them earn up to 3 lakh per month... but for that u may need few extra qaulifications
