Hunger Games Series

Okay so I just finished Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. It is the second book in the Hunger Games Series. And i loved it! I thought it was great. It started where it left off and didn't let me go for the whole book. There was defiantly a big surprise but i liked how the author pulled it off. If anyone likes to read love/action/futuristic books this will be a great read for you. But start out with the first book which is called the Hunger Games and the second is Catching Fire

I love it! When Katniss was looking for water and found it, I was at the edge of my seat. My favorite character is Haymitch. He's one of those types that you can't figure out, and I think the end of Catching Fire kind of revealed more of his genius. I think I have a huge crush on Finnick. I didn't really like him when he was introduced in the Quarter Quell. In fact, I thought that Suzanne Collins painted a somewhat funny picture of him. But he had me at the ending of Catching Fire. I wouldn't be surprised if Katniss ends up with him, but this is just me.
I'm sorry. I kinda exploded into geeking out here. I can't wait for Mockingjay to come out this year!!!

i am so totally in agreement with you about this series!! I was so hooked i stayed up until 3 in the morning judt to finish Catching Fire! and yet it was such a clff hanger!!! To think that the third book will be released in September 2010!!! i can't wait that long... okay sorry for the exclamation points but i was just excited to see this discussion. i also started a discussion about The hunger games a few hours ago and nobody has responded yet.
so i was so happy to find this ^_^
