I Had To Go To The ER This Weekend

for my good ear. It's been going on for about three weeks now and had gotten worse which is draining and feeling like liquid was pooling inside my ear that sounds weren't sounding right and yes I wear my hearing aids but still, everything sounded so muffled or like I was hearing through a tube. I used alcohol to dry it up but the last time I did that, it hurt like hell!! Hubby called the on call doctor and the doctor said that since I'm legally deaf, totally deaf in my left ear and lost about 60% in my right that it was really important that I go get it checked out and not wait till Monday so that's what we did. The doctor there said she couldn't see my ear drum and gave me a prescription to dry my ear out and help with the irritation that she saw. It's been doing a right good job so far till last night, I got that blockage sound again which had me worried. I was told to see my doctor and get a referral to an ENT doctor as soon as possible. We were going to do that first thing on Monday but dang it all, we've been wanting to go back to Climax where our cat is to hand out flyers because the sooner we do the better our chances are in getting him back, thanks to the spay and neuter clinic switching him with someone else's cat and this woman took him home and set him free before realizing it wasn't her cat! Soooo we did do that instead of going to the doctor and went today instead. My doctor said the continue using the medicine and come back in a week so that's what we're going to do. Hopefully this medicine will do the trick, I can only hope. So you can only imagine in the midst of this and my cat missing, my parents and their problems which I've already started a discussion on, whew! I have my hands full!! Now I forgot to mention in my last discussion about my brother, he called my parents to tell them that he doesn't have any money to help them with or he's have sent it. Now that I'm in the dog house over that text to my three brothers, why didn't my brother call me instead?! Doesn't he know it's going to aggravate my parents even more?! Of course he does but he also knows he'll be off the hook too by calling them! Damn them all anyway!! ARG!! I'm going to call him in a few minutes to let him know what had happened and if he jumps down my throat like he did once before a year and a half ago, I'll be finished with him too!! One brother and I aren't on speaking terms, I don't mind adding another!! Well, I do mind but damn it, I refuse to be treated like some moron!! I'm not a bank and I have my own problems and dreams to live too so why can't I? Ok, I know I'm way off the subject here.... BLA!!!!!!! Hopefully my ear will be fine in a week and I can finally wear my hearing aids again but for now, I can't wear them and I'm deaf as a damned door knob!! ARG!! Have you ever had to stop wearing something that you needed so badly because of a health issue?
